Join us on a 6000 year journey, as we bring some of these people to life, in an imagined reconstruction of their everyday lives and featuring a few of the everyday artefacts found during the Thame Meadows Dig.
A Must See exhibition for all the family including, fun facts, dressing up and crafts.
Thame Meadows is an area of land off the Oxford Road. In 2015 it became the site of a major archaeological excavation. The dig was undertaken by
Oxford Cotswold Archaeology.
Thame Meadows is by far the most significant site to have been investigated in the Thames Valley.
